Saturday, September 17th, 2011Last couple weeks we’ve just been gettin things done around the house and taking care of the garden. I love that you enjoy picking fresh organic strawberries out of the garden.
Right now your sitting next to me watching Yo Gabba Gabba in Grandma’s new guest room. Papa Buzz helped her move today and we just got into Portland a bit ago so we can help wrap things up tommorrow.
Bout time to get ready for bed!

Enchanted Forest
Tuesday, August 2nd, 2011Last week we went to Enchanted Forest in Salem with Grandma Grandma, Aloma, Perseo and Sekoya. I didn’t bring my camera but Aloma got some good shots. Notably the shot of us coming out of the Haunted House.
At first you were jazzed to go to the Haunted House but once we got inside you quickly changed your mind. Sekoya and Perseo went running. You were so concerned about me going in by myself though we went together. We both got pretty spooked but you really only started crying once we got outside.
Cape Lookout 2011
Thursday, July 28th, 2011We had so much fun this year at Cape Lookout. This was your second year at this annual family gathering. This year we got to spend time with Baby Megan, Grandma Grandma, Aunt Leslie, Lyndsie and Rae. Here are some great videos and photos from our trip and one from the way home. I think the highlight for you was jumping in the waves which you couldn’t get enough of and flying your new kite. Fireworks in Pacific City was also a ton of fun! (more…)

Thursday, July 28th, 2011Well, just getting everything setup still. Updating the first part of this from my cell phone. I’m finding content management a bit of an issue since I love to take so many photos and videos. Technology is making things easier by the day literally.

Going Camping
Tuesday, June 21st, 2011This Father’s day we spent the weekend at Honeyman State Campground outside Florence. It was just the two of us and we had an awesome time! While we were out there we roasted marshmallows and “dogs”, we dug a huge hole in the sand to make a home for your dinosaur, played in the water at Lake Cleawox and went paddle boating. You were given a Junior Ranger button even though you’re three years too young and we made a paper beaver with the park rangers at the learning center. we named “Justin Beaver” since your sister has a 6 year old’s crush on Justin Beiber and you thought it was funny… (more…)
